GVM Infra Developers has been building and renovating in Telangana since 22 November 2011 — this is our 15th year. The business was started by our founder and is run today by Vaibhav Reddy, the founder's son, as Chief Executive Officer.
We have completed more than 25 projects — houses, apartments and commercial buildings — across Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Warangal, Medchal, Nalgonda, Mancherial, Nirmal and Adilabad.

Every per-sqft rate is on this website — bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hall, and the package rate for a new build. You can work out your own estimate in a couple of minutes without speaking to anyone, and the figure you see is the figure we quote from.
