The estimate is an estimate

The figures this website produces are indicative, calculated from published per-sqft rates at current Telangana market prices. They are not a quotation, not an offer, and not a contract. Actual cost depends on the condition of the property, site access, the specification you finally choose and material prices on the day.

The quotation is the price

After the free site visit we issue a written quotation. That document — not this website — is the price we stand behind, and it is what any work is carried out against. Where a quotation and this website disagree, the quotation governs.

Rates change

Published rates are current as at the date shown on the page and may change without notice as material and labour costs move. An estimate you saved earlier does not fix a rate.

The site visit

The site visit, the measurement and the quotation are free of charge and place you under no obligation to give us the work. Equally, booking a visit does not commit us to accept a project.

Your account

Give accurate details — a wrong phone number means we cannot arrange your visit. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us and we will close it and delete your data.

Using this website

Use it to plan your own project. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, or extract other people's information from it. The text, rates, images and logo on this site belong to GVM Infra Developers.

The website is provided in good faith and we work to keep the rates accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for a decision taken on an indicative estimate alone rather than on a written quotation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Telangana have jurisdiction.

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page.
