How do you work out the estimate?
Every rate is published on this site. For renovation you enter the area of each room and the rates are applied room by room. For a new build you enter the total built-up area and choose a quality package, and the package rate covers the whole job. The total appears as you type — nobody has to call you back with a number.
Is the estimate the final price?
No, and we do not pretend otherwise. It is an indicative figure at today's Telangana market rates. The exact price comes after the free site visit, when we have measured and seen the condition of the property.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. We visit, measure, and turn your estimate into an exact written quotation at no charge. There is no obligation to give us the work.
What is the difference between the Basic, Standard and Premium packages?
The fittings and finishes. Basic covers a solid job with standard fittings; Standard adds vitrified tiles and branded fittings; Premium is designer finishes and premium brands. Every rate on the page moves with the package you pick, so you can see the difference in money immediately.
What does the new-construction rate include?
The complete job — structure and finishing. Slab, walls, wiring and plumbing, then the finishes. The room-wise rates on that page are all-in for the same reason: a room is quoted at what the room actually costs, not at the finishing alone.
Why does a bathroom or kitchen cost more per sqft than a bedroom?
Plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and fittings. A bedroom is mostly floor, walls and paint. A kitchen or bathroom has far more work packed into the same area, which is why the rate per sqft is higher.
Do I need an account to get an estimate?
Yes, and it is free. The account keeps your estimate so you can come back to it, and it gives us your phone number so we can arrange the site visit. We do not sell or share your details — see our Privacy Policy.
